Current Favourites #2

So i'm back with another favourites post, I didn't think i'd have enough favourites so soon since my last favourites post was only last month. But nevertheless, since it's finally starting to seem a little bit more like spring over here in the UK, there's been quite a few changes to what i've been using in my routine that i've been absolutely loving!

It's no secret that I love me some Real Techniques, and recently i've been using the Expert Face Brush all month to apply my base makeup. Previously I was always using a sponge for a very long time, but it became rather troublesome and damaging to the purse to constantly purchase a new sponge about every month or so, therefore I decided to go back to using brushes. I find that this brush provides more coverage and an amazing flawless finish to the skin, and it's also a lot more easier to maintain by simply washing it.

Next up is The Face Shop Aqua UV CC Cream I purchased this quite a while ago, but only started properly testing it out this month, and i've really been enjoying it! This product has medium coverage, yet still feels light weight on the skin, furthermore even though it's moisturising and has a dewy finish, it stays on all day, and is great for oil control. Not only that, but it has SPF50+ PA+++, making it perfect for the sunny weather, protecting the skin from UV rays.

Continuing on with base makeup, the Innisfree No-Sebum Mineral Pact has been the powder that i've been constantly reaching for, it's translucent therefore avoiding the caky look you can sometimes easily get when you use a powder that has coverage. This powder has the best oil control out of all the ones that i've tried, and as my skin is rather oily, especially during spring and summer, this is a must-have item for me!

The Maybelline Color Tattoo #On and On Bronze is great for those who like to keep their eyes simple and minimal. The product is a cream eyeshadow, therefore it's super easy to apply nice and quickly without putting much effort into it. Furthermore, the colour is just so pretty, it's a lovely neutral bronze eyeshadow that would suit everyone, and would be perfect for any occasion.

I've really been enjoying peachy coloured lip products, especially the Revlon Lip Butter #Juicy Papaya, the moisturising formula and glossy finish is totally on trend for the spring/summer seasons. If you're going for a more bolder look, the Rimmel Apocalips #Luna would be something you may want to check out, it has amazing pigmentation, therefore a bold lip can be easily achieved, but it can also be sheered out to have a similar natural effect as the Revlon lip butter.

So that was all the products that I currently enjoy using, I hope you found this helpful, and be sure to comment down below on any of your current favourites too! x
